This coffee hails from Sumatra’s famous growing region, Aceh and is processed at a small mill operated by cup of excellence winner Asman Arianto. Unlike many other mills in Sumatra, Asman Gayo offers both washed processed and naturally processed coffees as opposed to the more traditional wet-hulled style. We look forward to flavors of cola, dark chocolate, and grapefruit with a mellow sugary sweetness.
